FCC was held March 12/13 in 2005. In addition to the usual things, there was the Tudor (Cast Iron) Chef competition, which Mistress Marta entered… and won.

Gallery #1: Tudor Chef. The secret ingredient was mushrooms. And Mistress Marta made: Mushroom Bisque, Hens with Mushroom and Fruit Stuffing, and Pork & Mushroom Pie. The winning entry was the poultry.
